Ease of Use – Other products on the market produce a power station where the interior of the unit is "off limits" and not readily accessible. BNO’s box is user-friendly - easily opened by removing the latch, giving the outdoorsman easy access to replace a defective or fully drained battery, thus allowing the outdoorsman to continue using the product when in remote areas. Other products state if their products malfunction, one must not attempt to open the power station and must instead return it to the manufacturer - not an easy task for the outdoorsman on-the-go and in the wild.
Circuit Breaker – Other products soldered the BMS chip to a circuit board and if it malfunctions there is no way for the outdoorsman to reset it. When this occurs, the units will not charge or produce power and in this case the other products direct you not to open the unit, but instead go to the trouble of sending it back to the supplier, leaving the outdoorsman stranded without portable power. In contrast, BNO's Power2Go allows the outdoorsperson to easily open the unit and easily reset the circuit breaker (same as circuit breaker in your house) to restore power. Additionally, the BNO unit's BMS chip is in the battery, not soldered on as an after-thought.
Protection of Components and Box – BNO’s components are marine grade and weather safe with marine grade covers, thus reducing the chance of debris, dirt and water damaging the unit. Most other products have no protection for their components.
Inverter – Other products feature a built-in inverter, which provides a specific amount of AC power only. This limits the unit’s flexibility as there is no capability of increasing the power that is converted without purchasing another, more expensive unit. BNO’s solution is to sell an exterior inverter, as an add-on, that provides the outdoorsman’s necessary power. This is a cheaper alternative than other products.
Two Sizes – Other manufacturers make the customer purchase a more expensive unit if they need longer lasting power, which requires purchasing a larger more expensive battery. BNO provides a large box allowing the end user to add a larger battery to the power station or a multiple string of batteries to the unit (using our wire harness to attach multiple batteries) reducing the need to recharge and extending the outdoor experience.
Glow LED Light - The top 2019 products do not supply a Glow LED light to glow your gigs when ice fishing. BNO does.
Mounts for your Go Pro - The top 2019 products do not include mounts for your Go Pro. BNO thoughtfully does include mounts to help you record any and every outdoor adventure.
Lithium Phosphate Batteries verses SLA batteries- BNO batteries are LIFePO4 batteries. These batteries are the lightest, safest, longest lasting lithium batteries available. All batteries have a built in BMS chip, which gives you charging and discharging cutoff protection for your safety and increased longevity along with cell balancing. Our batteries feature 2,000 cycles - some 4 times more than the standard, 500 cycles. Thus, BNO provides a longer life span for the outdoorsman.
The run time on each Power2Go station is determined by the size of the battery, number of batteries and what DC electronics you are operating. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and have the receipt or proof of purchase. Why should you purchases our Lithium LiFePO4 Batteries over our competitor batteries?
We build our batteries specifically for the outdoors industry and for the application which they are used in. We use multiple types of LiFePO4 cells to minimize the number of cells required to get the capacity we want to achieve. For example, our 55AH use only 4 cells compared to our competition which use 60 cells to get a similar capacity. This means far less to go wrong as well as a more balanced battery. We also only use UL listed cells in our batteries. This means the batteries have been tested and certified for consistency and performance.
Do Lithium LiFePO4 Batteries have a build in BMS (Battery Management System) with cell balancing?
Yes, each battery has a built in BMS with cell balancing. Each battery BMS specs will vary based on the type of battery. Can you run LiFePO4 Batteries in Parallel?

Can you run LiFePO4 Batteries in Series?
Some our products can run in a series. The battery will need to have a special BMS, which will allow you to run the battery in a series. Contact us and we will make sure you get the right technology to do this!

Where are LiFePO4 Batteries Made?
All lithium batteries and components are made overseas. You often find companies who advertised Made in the USA, but in reality, they are only assembled in the USA with 100% sourced products from overseas. We also build custom products in the USA but will never call them "Made in the USA". Our ISO9001 facilities will produce a safer, most efficient, and consistent product every time.

We sell our products direct to consumers and smaller shops, so you do not have to pay big box store prices. Most companies will mark their products up 100-300% to cover their high overhead costs and ensure retail stores make large profits.
